Implementation questions
How long does implementation take?
After a discovery workshop, you receive a written plan with a date for each phase, built around your month-end and your busiest weeks.
Can we start with one department?
Yes. We suggest starting with finance and approvals, then bringing in people, projects and operations as each settles. Every module is included from day one, so nothing has to be bought first.
Who owns our data?
You do. Crineon processes it for you under a data processing agreement, every report exports to Excel at any time, and the agreement sets out how your data is returned if you leave.
What if our process doesn’t fit?
We set CrineonERP up around your approval chains, roles, documents and reports. Where a process needs more than configuration, we agree the change with you and build it as a tested addition.
