01 · Incidents and near misses

Every incident investigated, every action closed.

Incidents and near misses are reported from site, investigated, and closed only when every corrective action has its evidence. The HSE manager sees what is open and who owns it.

02 · Permits to work

No permit for anyone whose certificate has lapsed.

Permits to work are issued against the job, with the JHA and toolbox talk attached. A permit is refused when a named worker’s certification has expired, whether staff or subcontractor.

03 · Statistics

HSE statistics with every man-hour counted.

Man-hours, LTIFR and TRIR include subcontractor hours, so the figures you give clients are complete. Directors see the trend by site and by month.

04 · Observations and PPE

Unsafe acts and conditions logged before they become incidents.

Safety observations are logged from a phone and followed up. PPE issue and replacement are recorded per person, so you know who was given what, and when.

FAQ

HSE questions

Are subcontractor hours in our statistics?

Yes. Subcontractor workers are held alongside your staff, and their hours count in man-hours, LTIFR and TRIR.

Can it stop work by someone whose certificate has expired?

Yes. A permit to work is refused for a worker with lapsed certification, and a site access badge is refused on a lapsed induction or certificate.

Can site staff report from a phone?

Yes. Incidents, near misses and safety observations are reported from a phone, with photos, and reach the HSE team straight away.
