Pricing questions
Do we pay more for more modules?
No. Every module and every feature is included for every user. You decide when each department starts using them.
Why isn’t there a price list?
The quote depends on your users, locations, mobile use and training, so a written quote is accurate where a published range would mislead.
Is there a free trial?
We start with a demo built around your own approval chain and documents, then send you a written proposal.
Can we start with one department?
Yes. Everything is included from day one, so you switch departments on when they’re ready.
Are there per-transaction fees?
No. The quote covers users, locations, the mobile app and training. Nothing is charged per transaction, document or approval.
How long is the contract?
The term is set out in your written quote and agreement, so you know it, and how to end it, before you sign.
