01 · Asset register

02 · Insurance and bonds
Insurance policies and bonds are held with their expiry dates and owners, and the owner is alerted while there is still time to renew. Directors see what is covered, by whom, and until when.
03 · Dispatch
A vehicle with expired documents, or a driver with an expired licence, can’t be dispatched. The check runs before the trip, not after an incident.
04 · Trips and fuel
Vehicles, assignments, trips and fuel purchases are recorded together, so fuel spend can be read by vehicle, driver and project, and unusual spending stands out.
Approvals in this module
Moved between sites or projects only with approval.
Approved by amount and recorded against the vehicle.
Sold or written off only with Finance and the MD.
Use cases
A truck with lapsed papers or a driver with an expired licence can’t be dispatched, and every trip and fuel purchase is recorded against the vehicle.
