01 · Daily site reports

Every site reports in by evening, from a phone.

Each department files its daily report from a template, with manpower, progress, delays and photos. Project managers see every site’s day before they leave the office, without chasing anyone on WhatsApp.

02 · Cost against plan

Committed cost counted before the invoice arrives.

Budgets by cost head from set-up, with actual and committed cost and a forecast to complete. Directors see which projects are drifting while there’s still time to act.

03 · Client reports

Client reports compiled, not rewritten.

Weekly and monthly client reports are built from the site reports already filed, then issued as numbered PDFs. The version the client received is always on record.

04 · Variations and records

Every variation, letter and action on the record.

Variation orders, the correspondence register, meeting minutes with an action tracker and the schedule files with their revisions stay with the project, so nothing is lost when people move on. Close-out runs from a checklist.

Approvals in this module

Changes to scope and cost wait for sign-off.

How approvals work
  • Variation orders

Approved before the work is priced to the client.

  • Budget revisions

A revised budget takes effect once the project director approves.

  • Material requests

Approved from site, then checked against the budget.

  • Client reports

Reviewed before each numbered issue goes out.

FAQ

Project questions

Can site supervisors file reports without a laptop?

Yes. Daily site reports are filed from a phone, with photos, and appear in the project record as soon as they are submitted.

Does it replace Primavera or MS Project?

No. Planners keep scheduling in their own tools, and the schedule files are stored with the project, every revision kept, beside the cost and progress records.

Can we prepare Nigerian Content data per project?

Yes. Staffing and spend by origin are prepared from the project’s staff, supplier and cost records, ready for your NCDMB reporting.
