01 · Gate and visitors

Know who is on every site, right now.

The gate register records every visitor, vehicle and host as they arrive and leave. The site manager and security lead see who is on site at any moment.

02 · Site access

No badge for a lapsed induction.

Site access badges are issued only while a person’s induction and certificates are in date, for staff and subcontractors alike. When one lapses, the badge is refused.

03 · Journey management

An overdue arrival raises the alarm, not a phone call hours later.

Journey management plans set the route, the people travelling and the check-in times. When an arrival is overdue, the security lead is alerted at once.

04 · Community

Every community concern followed to a close.

Engagements with host communities and every grievance they raise are logged, with owners and responses, and security incidents are reported with their follow-up. Directors see what is open, by community and site.

FAQ

Site security and community questions

Can we see who is on site at any moment?

Yes. The gate register records every arrival and departure, with host and vehicle, so each site’s headcount is always current.

What happens when a journey runs late?

Each journey management plan has check-in times. When an arrival is overdue, the security lead is alerted and can act at once.

Can we track grievances from host communities?

Yes. Each grievance is logged with its community, an owner and the response, and stays open until it is resolved, so nothing raised is forgotten.
