Another quote, another spreadsheet.

Prices, exchange rates, supplier papers and deadlines, all kept in different files and inboxes. Margin is a guess until the job is paid.

Who it’s for

One system for each way you supply.

01

OEM supply and distribution

Stockists and authorised distributors of equipment, parts and consumables, importing in dollars and selling in naira to industrial clients.

  • Freight, duty and clearing added to the cost of every imported item.
  • Stock held across warehouses, with every movement on the record.
  • Quotations priced in NGN or USD, with the margin shown before they go out.

02

Procurement contractors

Companies that source to order for operators and large clients, where each tender is a race against the deadline and the supplier list.

  • A tender register with deadlines, owners and bid or no-bid decisions.
  • One RFQ to many qualified suppliers, with their replies compared side by side.
  • Company certificates checked against each tender’s submission deadline.

What you get

Six things that stop margin leaking between the quote and the payment.

01 · Tenders and opportunities

Every deadline, owner and decision on one register.

Track each bid from first notice to outcome, and see which company certificates expire before its submission date.

02 · RFQs and supplier comparison

One request out, every reply side by side.

Send one RFQ to every supplier qualified for the category and compare their prices, terms and lead times in one table.

03 · Quotations with margin

See the margin before the quote goes out.

Price in NGN or USD on the day’s exchange rate, with cost and margin on the screen as you build the quotation.

04 · Purchase orders and landed cost

Know what an imported item really cost.

Freight, duty and clearing are added to the item cost on the purchase order, so margin is measured against the landed price.

05 · Inspection on receipt

Nothing goes into stock unchecked.

QA checks are recorded against each delivery before stock is accepted, with rejected items held back from sale.

06 · Vendor register

Only qualified suppliers get the RFQ.

Prequalification documents are held with their expiry dates, and RFQs go only to suppliers qualified for the category.

Controls for procurement and supply

Every naira out of the business has an approval behind it.

Explore Controls
  • Approvals

    Purchases approved by amount

Purchase requests follow your delegation of authority, and larger amounts add approvers such as the MD before an order is raised.

  • Payments

    Supplier payments routed and recorded

Each payment request carries its purchase order and invoice, and goes through the same approval chain before finance pays.

  • Compliance

Supplier papers that never lapse unnoticed

Prequalification documents have an owner and an expiry alert, and a supplier with lapsed papers drops off the RFQ list.

A week in the MD’s chair

Use cases

How companies like yours use CrineonERP

  • Use case · Procurement

A procurement manager sending RFQs only to qualified suppliers

Supplier documents carry expiry dates, so an RFQ goes only to suppliers whose prequalification is current, and the comparison sits beside the order.

  • Use case · Sales

A sales lead checking company certificates before a tender closes

Certificates that would lapse before the deadline show weeks ahead, while there is still time to renew them and bid.

  • Use case · Fleet

A fleet manager stopping a dispatch on an expired licence

A truck with lapsed papers or a driver with an expired licence can’t be dispatched, and every trip and fuel purchase is recorded against the vehicle.

FAQ

Questions from supply companies

Can we quote in USD and pay suppliers in NGN?

Yes. Quotations, orders and invoices can each be in NGN or USD, and the exchange rate used on each is kept, so margin is measured on the rate you actually used.

Does it calculate landed cost?

Yes. Freight, duty and clearing are added to the cost of the items on a purchase order, so stock and margin reflect what the goods really cost you.

Can suppliers be prequalified?

Yes. Each supplier’s prequalification documents are held with their expiry dates, and RFQs go only to suppliers qualified for the category.

Can we see margin per order?

Yes. Each quotation shows cost and margin before it is sent, and each order’s margin is measured against its landed cost once the goods arrive.
