CrineonERP is built on ERPNext and the Frappe Framework, and is hosted on Frappe Cloud, run by Frappe Technologies. Frappe Technologies hosts the service for us; it doesn’t decide how customer data is used.
We tell customers before we add or replace a subprocessor that handles their data in CrineonERP, so they can raise any objection.
