Who we are
This website and CrineonERP are run by Crineon Limited (RC 1812189), CBN Choos Estate, Wumba, Abuja, FCT. You can reach us at info@crineonerp.com or +234 704 493 8881.
We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the General Application and Implementation Directive 2025 issued under it.
- On this website, we decide how your personal data is used, so we are its controller.
- In CrineonERP, each customer company decides what its records hold and how they are used. We process that data on its behalf, under a data processing agreement in every customer contract.
What we collect on this website
When you ask for a demo, a quote or our security pack, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, industry, company size, the modules you’re interested in, your current system, how you’d like us to reach you and your message. We also record when you agreed to this policy and which version it was, the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link.
When you browse, we count visits with cookieless analytics, which records pages viewed and the general location and type of device, without identifying you or following you to other sites. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived logs of requests, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
When you send a form, a spam check looks at signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots.

We don’t sell personal data, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that run services for us, each bound by contract to use the data only for that service. They are listed on our subprocessors page, with what each does and where.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.
Where it is kept
Some of our providers store or process data outside Nigeria. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the Act allows for transfers outside Nigeria.
How long we keep it
- Demo, quote and security requests: 6 months, then deleted.
- Security logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period, then deleted.
- Analytics: kept only as counts that don’t identify anyone.
Cookies and storage on your device
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one setting in your browser, your choice of light or dark theme, and only when you choose one. The spam check on our forms may store a short-lived token it needs to work.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it, or delete it;
- stop or limit using it, or object to how we use it;
- send it to you, or to another organisation, in a common format;
- withdraw your consent, where we rely on it.
Email info@crineonerp.com with “Data request” in the subject. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, and we reply within 14 business days.
If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Data in CrineonERP
Each customer company has its own CrineonERP site and its own database. We process its data only to provide, support and secure the service, under the data processing agreement in its contract. Our security page explains how we protect it. If you are an employee of one of our customers, please send requests about your data to your employer first.
Children
This website and CrineonERP are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its version number and effective date. Earlier versions are available on request.
